Methodology

What we list

Software that uses AI, or that is widely used alongside AI tools, to run the front office or field operations of home-service businesses. Each listing must have a working website.

How prices are checked

We read the vendor's own public pricing page and record the lowest published plan as the starting price, along with the date checked and the source URL. If no price is published, we say "Contact for pricing". We never estimate or invent a price. Where the pricing page could not be read automatically, we say so and link to it.

Trades served

A tool is tagged with specific trades when the vendor targets them. General small-business tools are tagged for all trades.

Ordering

Lists are alphabetical. Featured listings are paid, labeled and shown in a separate slot or pinned at the top with a badge.

Corrections

Vendors and readers can send a correction. We re-check prices on a regular schedule.
